Dear applicants in the ACF programme in the ongoing open calls in Bilateral fund and the Microgrants, we would like to draw your attention to the change in the texts of these calls, which are in effect from 1 July 2019.
The change relates to the addition of a minimum scoring that an application must reach in an expert assessment to besubmitted for evaluation at the level of the Selection Committee. This change has no effect on the format or process of submitting applications within these calls.
